At NV Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your NV Gallery account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, our customer service team will assist you in scheduling a courier pickup or providing a prepaid shipping label for smaller items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
